Privacy policy:
All orders & personal information entered on our order forms are private & confidential & none of your details are shared with any persons other than ourselves. Your order & address details are held on sales records for future reference but *WE DO NOT STORE ANY OF YOUR FINANCIAL DETAILS. All orders are sent out in secure packaging with no company logo's to outer packaging so you can be confident that your order is completely private. We send e-mail updates regarding your order if you prefer not to receive e-mails or would like us to e-mail you at a different e-mail address please contact us with further details. (our contact details can be found on top tab)

Delivery policy:
We process & despatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. Orders are sent 1st class recorded delivery via Royal Mail & usually arrive between 1 & 3 days from date of despatch. Weekend & bank holiday orders should be received within 5 days of date of order. We will e-mail you the tracking details of your order as soon as despatched.
Delivery fee's:
All uk orders are free postage
International orders are £5.95 per order
World wide orders are minimum £9.95 (please contact us so we can calculate the correct shipping fee)
Return policy:
We accept returns within 14 days of order being despatched. If a return is intended please contact us within 7 days of order. We will contact you back with return address & refund details.
Refund policy:
We will refund or exchange all faulty, unsuitable or returned items within 48hrs. Items being returned must be returned in same condition as received. Any returned items appearing to be worn or used will be destroyed & no refund given. No additional fee's are charged for exchanging items but it is your responsibility to ensure items being returned are sent back to us using an approved carrier. We cannot be held responsible for any missing returned items.
Cancellation policy:
We understand that sometimes orders are placed & then for whatever reason you change your mind. We will cancel unwanted orders no questions asked, if payment has been made we will refund payment within 24hrs of being notified of cancellation. Unpaid for orders will be automatically cancelled after 7 days.
Payment Policy:
We accept payment made via Paypal, cheque, postal order, bank transfer or we can take payment via telephone or e-mail.
- Paypal accept most major cedit/debit cards & all your personal information is secure & protected by Paypals privacy policy.
- Payments made via cheques & postal order will be despatched once payment has cleared (this could be up to 10 days for cheque payments)
- Payments made via bank transfer will be processed once payment has cleared (can be up to 48hrs)
- Payments made via the phone are safe & secure & your payment details are entered directly into the secure payment processing gateway & will be confirmed with you over the phone. We have no way of re-gaining your payment details & credit/debit card details are not stored.
- Debit/credit card details that are e-mailed to us are entered into the same payment terminal as phone orders & then e-mail is deleted along with your personal data once payment is confirmed.
- We would require your financial details again for re-orders so therefore would recommend signing up with Paypal - an easy, secure way of making on-line payments.
- WE DO NOT STORE ANY OF YOUR FINANCIAL DETAILS & WILL ONLY REQUEST THEM DURING ORDER PROCESSING.
